It was love at first class! Tash fell in love with Pilates in 2018 and quickly decided to become an instructor. She believes in the power of Pilates and how beneficial it is for EVERYbody. Before embarking on her Pilates career, Tash was an educator and personal trainer. She is a teacher at heart and thoroughly enjoys sharing the wonders of movement with her clients. Tash had been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years and is qualified personal trainer and clinical studio Pilates practitioner. Tash is passionate about restoring her client’s natural fluid movement and bringing them into better wellbeing.
Fun Fact: Tash was a gymnast at young age and competitive track and filled athlete. As a result, Pilates was the first method of exercise allowed her body to increase her range of motion throughout rehabilitating old injuries, rebuilding her core after childbirth, and increasing her flexibility.
Nicole Brangwin
Instructor
Nicky discovered the physical and mental health benefits of Pilates to help overcome years of back pain and sports injuries. She found enjoyment in the exercise and the feeling of strength and confidence in movement. In 2013 while on sabbatical in Montréal, Canada, Nicky became a certified mat and reformer Stott Pilates instructor so she could share these benefits with others.
In 2014 Nicky became a certified Center for Women’s Fitness (Carolyne Anthony) pre/postnatal and menopause Pilates specialist using mat and equipment-based Pilates and by 2016 she had completed Stott Pilates studio equipment certification.
Nicky’s focus with her clients is to help them achieve strength, flexibility and functional movement with sensitivity to their individual needs. She enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels to guide clients toward their personal fitness goals. Nicky likes to provide clients with a safe, attentive, encouraging and compassionate environment to help achieve their goals.
